I continue to grow in my understanding of what people like when they come to the Oh! Toys site -- through comments and personal conversations, through reading, and through the occasional survey (thanks to those that responded!). Based on that, this year, I was excited to add these new products, which I hope will interest everyone:
Kellner Steckfiguren - an almost old-fashioned and definitely European sensibility is obvious in these great "build-your-own-creature" sets. Fashioned from wood, textiles, and clever "jummi" joining pieces, these sets are brimming with personality and whimsy.
PYROM -- from Sina of Germany, these are pretty high design for us, but fascinating in the amount of variety they provide in building. Beautiful to look at and great to the touch, another award winner from Barbara Seidler and her team at Sina Spielzeug.
einSTEIN -- also from Sina, einSTEIN blocks were too much fun and too eccentric to pass up. Bright colors and an odd, uniform shape give building blocks and toy construction a whole new look and a new set of possibilities. Deceptively simple in design, einSTEIN blocks are a great addition for the child who likes to build, but may want to go beyond traditional maple block sets.
